How does the extraction of natural resources such as minerals, metals, oil and gas affect public health, ecosystems and society? How do the public and the private sector cooperate to improve the situation in producer regions?
The r4d Dialogue Forum took place on 22 November 2022 at the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute and online where international specialists from multiple backgrounds discussed the importance of public-private cooperation in reducing health impacts from resource extraction and promoting sustainable development.
